Please read the letter below.  Phil Warry has said the Holburne's disasterous application will not be called in.  But he uses phrases like "...locally accountable..." and "... councillors are elected to represent the views of local people...", suggesting he thinks this is a democratic arguement, not an intellectual one.

Please write to him, and point out the error of his ways.  Refer to the notes on the Bath Heritage Watchdog site for more irregularities in the processing of the planning application.  This application must be called in.  It needs the attention of professionals, after the amateurs have proved themselves incapable of protecting our heritage.
